Tai Ceredigion’s executive team, board members, and local county councillor(s) have started their estate visits across the county. From April 2010 they will also be joined by members of the Tenant Monitoring Group, and community councillors. These walkabouts enable the organisation to gain first hand knowledge of some of the issues on Tai Ceredigion’s estates while giving tenants and residents the opportunity to meet representatives of the community.
The monthly visits form one of the promises outlined in the Council’s ‘offer document’ which was the basis on which tenants voted for Tai Ceredigion. Here are some photographs of recent visits to Penparcau, Cardigan and Lampeter.
